First step in understanding Chinese language

The first step in understanding the Chinese language is to understand the culture and the very essence of traditionalism. 
Each and every character in the  Chinese language carries and reflects a definite meaning and it conjointly creates a character with logic intact. In accordance with the traditional phonology of china, the syllable in the Chinese language carries initial and finals. The initiation most commonly is the consonantal beginning while the final represents the excluding part of the initial.
